📣 PRE-ORDERS, DELIVERY, PAYMENT & COLLECTION NOTICE

Pre-orders are now open!

All orders are made fresh and delivered on the date you choose to ensure quality and freshness.

⏰ Same-Day Delivery

For same-day delivery, a minimum 3-hour notice is required.

We are located in Bonnie Brook, so please keep travel time in mind when placing same-day orders.

🚚 Free Delivery

• Free delivery is available within 20kms of Bonnie Brook $0.75/km beyond that point.

• This includes selected Melbourne western suburbs and Melton suburbs.

• Delivery is limited to the approved suburbs listed below.

📍 Collection Option

• Customers may collect their order.

• You will be notified once your order is ready, and the collection location will be provided.

• If you choose not to collect, free delivery applies only to eligible suburbs.

💳 Payment Policy

• Full payment is required before we start making your order.

• If payment is not received, the order will not be prepared.

• Placing an order confirms your agreement to our payment and refund policies.

🔁 REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (FAIR USE)

We prepare all orders fresh and to order. Please read carefully:

❌ No refunds will be given if:

• The order has already been made or delivered

• The food has been partially or fully eaten

• The order was not collected at the agreed time

• Incorrect details (address, date, time) were provided by the customer

✅ Refunds or replacements may be offered if:

• We made an error with your order

• The order was damaged during delivery

• The order does not match what was confirmed

⚠️ Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made before preparation begins to be eligible for a refund.

• Once preparation has started, no refunds will apply.
